Wages and Benefits:Workers are paid wages and benefits which at a minimum comply with any applicable law and match the prevailing local industry practices. Forced or compulsory labors, as well as use of corporal punishment are not tolerated.
Discrimination:Workers are employed based on their ability to perform the job only. No one is discriminated on the basis of race, creed, gender, politics, or other personal characteristics or beliefs.
Freedom of Association:There are no unlawful interference with the workers to choose, or not to choose, or to affiliate with legally sanctioned organization or associations.
